One lens for all subjects

The 28-200mm F2.8-5.6 covers the entire focal length range from 28mm wide-angle to 200mm telephoto. This means that many different scenes can be optimally photographed - wide panoramas as well as condensed telephoto or close-up shots. Nevertheless, with a length of 117 mm and a weight of 575 g, the travel zoom lens remains extremely handy and can be easily taken along.

Impressive close-ups with a travel zoom lens

At 28 mm, the shortest shooting distance is just 0.19 m, and at 200 mm it is 0.80 m. This corresponds to the largest possible magnification of 1:3.1 or 1:3.8. With the fast travel zoom, impressive close-ups can be taken with attractive background blur. 

Versatile lenses with a single filter size

All available Tamron E-mount lenses have the same size filter thread (ø 67 mm), so the same filters and lens caps can be used with all models. All lenses are also similarly compact in design and can be conveniently transported as a set.
