How the Nano USM is made possible
The Nano USM consists of an elastic metal housing with a ceramic tension element and a drive unit. The application and adjustment of the voltage to the ceramic element controls the direction and speed of the drive unit. The result: a focusing system that focuses smoothly and continuously and allows adjustment of the focusing speed.

Razor-sharp action shots
Capturing razor-sharp photos is easy thanks to the 4-stage optical image stabilizer. By compensating for camera shake, the image stabilizer enables high-quality results even in low light and at high zoom settings.
